Directions to Property One (Auction Site): From Rainbow City, at the intersection of US HWY 411 and Lister Ferry Road (Rainbow City Public Library), take Lister Ferry Road 1 mile to South Ridge Road (Top of the Ridge) and turn right. Go to cul-de-sac at the end. Auction signs are posted.

 

Directions to Property Two: From Hokes Bluff, at the intersection of US HWY 278 and Appalachian Hwy, take US HWY 278 West towards Gadsden for 3/10 of a mile to Lovvorn Street and turn left. Property is on the left beside Cross Creek Community Church. Auction signs are posted.

Terms: Both properties are being offered subject to owner's confirmation. 

 

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

The 10 % Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing.
