Directions to Auction Site: From Rainsville, at the intersection of AL Hwy 35 and AL Hwy 75, take AL Hwy 35 toward Fort Payne 5.7 miles to property on the right. Auction signs are posted.

 

From Fort Payne Exit 218, take AL Hwy 35 toward Rainsville 5.7 miles to property on the left. Auction signs are posted.

Registration:  Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: The real estate is being offered subject to owner's confirmation. 

 

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10 %) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before January 12, 2020. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Survey Fee: We are selling from a sales plat. A new survey fee will be performed. If the property is sold in individual tracts the survey fee is $300.00 per tract. If the property sells as a whole the survey fee will be $600.00. Survey fees are due on day of auction.
