Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and Hwy 68 Bypass (Huddle House), take US Hwy 411 South toward Leesburg 1.5 miles to County Road 26 (Fairview Church) and turn right, go 8/10 of a mile to property on the left. Auction signs are posted.

 

From Leesburg at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and Hwy 68 (Red light), take US Hwy 411 North toward Centre 1.8 miles to County Road 26 (Fairview Church) and turn left, go 8/10 of a mile to property on the left. Auction signs are posted.

 

Previews: An auction representative will be on-site on Sunday, May 19th from 2-4 pm and Friday, May 24th from 10 am-3pm for the viewing of homes and property.

 

Registration: You may register at the Friday, May 24th preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer’s Premium will serve as a deposit and is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before June 25th, 2019. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
