Preview: Building and all personal property inventory may be previewed on Friday, May 4th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Registration: You may register on Friday, May 4th at the preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: The real estate and the 16' x 30' Outbuilding are being offered separate and with owner's confirmation. The personal property inventory is being sold "ABSOLUTE" to the highest bidder.
There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before June 5th, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on day of auction and prior to removal.
All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
All applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.
Survey Fee: No survey work has been performed on the property. We are offering the real estate from a tax map only.
Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
Concessions: Concessions will be available for both Breakfast and Lunch.
