Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Cedar Bluff Road and Chesnut Bypass (CVS) take Bypass North toward Cave Spring, GA 1.2 miles to CR 22 and turn left go 1.3 miles to CR 69 (Pine Grove Baptist Church) and turn left, go 8/10 of a mile and turn right on CR 118, go 2/10 of a mile and turn right on CR 212, go 3/4 of a mile to property on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Previews: The property may be previewed on Sunday, August 5th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, August 7th from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. You may also contact our office to arrange a preview.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.


Survey Fee: There is a $600.00 per tract survey fee due and payable on day of auction.


Terms:  All real estate is being offered to owner’s confirmation.


There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before September 11, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.


There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.


All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
