Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Cedar Bluff Road and Chesnut Bypass (CVS) take Bypass North toward Cave Spring, GA 1.2 miles to CR 22 and turn left go 1.3 miles to CR 69 (Pine Grove Baptist Church) and turn left, go 8/10 of a mile and turn right on CR 118, go 2/10 of a mile and turn right on CR 212, go 3/4 of a mile to property on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Previews: The property may be previewed on Sunday, August 5th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, August 7th from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. You may also contact our office to arrange a preview.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Survey Fee: There is a $600.00 per tract survey fee due and payable on day of auction.

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
