Directions: From the red light at the intersection of AL HWY 9 and Northwood Drive take Northwood Drive 1 mile to the four way stop. Property begins at the Northeast corner going down both Northwood Drive and Powell Drive. Auction signs are posted.

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before September 28, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
