Auction Site: On location across from 845 County Road 13 Centre, Alabama.

Directions to Auction Site: From the intersection of Armory Road and Chesnut Bypass (FUEL CITY) in Centre, take Chesnut Bypass to CR 22 (Alexis Road) and turn left, go 5 miles to John's Crossroads and turn left on CR 22, go 1.3 miles to CR 13 and turn right, Auction Site will be 8/10 of a mile on the right.

Preview: Preview will be on Friday, August 25th from 9 AM until 4 PM.

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, August 25th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

​

Terms: There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all items that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has tax exempt status. All items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

​

There is a 13 % Buyer's Premium for online bids.

All property is being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises of any kind. Bidders shall inspect the property prior to bidding, with no reliance whatsoever on any written or verbal description prepared by Seller or Auctioneer as to year, make, model, condition, or operating status of any property.

 

Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Cash. There is an additional 3% charge for all credit/debit card purchases. 

 

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.
