Nestled atop Lookout Mountain in the Black Creek Community of Etowah County, Alabama are the Frank and Dot Brewer properties.
The Brewer family has owned this property for over 150 years. Mr. Frank and Ms. Dot have decided to liquidate their personal home and their other two properties to downsize and retire.
The properties offer paved road frontage
on Brewer Road. They are located just off of Tabor Road and less than 20 minutes to Noccalula Falls in Gadsden, Alabama and less than 20 minutes to Collinsville Trade Day in Collinsville, Alabama.

Property One:

This home is unique in that it was originally a double wide home purchased new by the Brewers in the 1970s and placed on the property. The home was placed on a permanent foundation at that time. During the 1980s Mr. Brewer built another foundation on the outside of the original home and built the upstairs addition along with other areas to enlarge the home. The home was updated again in 2019 and has been meticulously cared for over the years.

Auction Site: On location at 755 Brewer Road, Collinsville, Alabama (Black Creek Community).

 

Directions to Auction Site: From Collinsville at the intersection of AL Hwy 176 (Lookout Mountain Parkway) and AL Hwy 68 take Tabor Road 7.3 miles West to Styles Bridge Road, go 1 mile and turn right onto Brewer Road, go 3/10 of a mile to auction site on the right.

Previews: The properties may be previewed on Thursday, March 21st from 4 to 6 p.m. or on Friday, April 5th from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. You may also call our office for a personal showing of the property.

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, April 5th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing.

Closings: All closings will be held on or before May 6, 2024. Possession of all homes will be given on or before June 6, 2024.

This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
