Auction Site: On location 2.5 Miles South of Leesburg, AL 35983
Directions to Auction Site: From Leesburg at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and AL Hwy 68 take US Hwy 411 South for 2.5 miles to auction site on right.
Preview: Preview will be on Friday, April 23rd from 9 AM until 3 PM for all personal property items and real estate.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, April 23rd or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before May 24, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
