Directions to Auction Site: From Leesburg at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and AL Hwy 68, take AL Hwy 68 toward Collinsville for 1 mile to AL Hwy 273 and turn right, go 4.6 miles to County Road 48 and turn right. Go 1.8 miles to property on the left and the right.

Previews: Personal property preview will be on Friday, April 22nd from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M. You may contact our office at any time for a preview of the homes.
​
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, April 22nd or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
​
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before May 23, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

All property is being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
Survey Fee: A new survey has been performed and an $800 per tract survey fee will be due and payable on auction day.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and all major credit cards will be accepted. There is a 3 % charge to purchase with credit or debit cards.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
